Sutter Creek Bridge Brush Removal (Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. AMA-68758-R2)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has issued Streambed Alteration Agreement AMA-68758-R2 to applicant Randall Hubach for a project located at Sutter Creek, California. This agreement, executed under Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, authorizes the removal of approximately 400 square feet of riparian vegetation situated beneath the Sutter Creek access bridge. The scope of work focuses on the eradication of nonnative species, specifically scotch broom and Himalayan blackberry, along with fewer than ten native arroyo willows with a diameter of approximately 1.5 inches at breast height.
