Signed SF1449 and SF30 must be included with quotation and technical documentation to meet all evaluation factors listed in addendum to 52.212-1.**
This is a solicitation notice for a one-time contract to provide services for concrete barrier mobilization, emplacement, and de-mobilization for the 4th of July event on Schofield Barracks, HI.
Quotation with supporting documentation is due by Friday, June 12, 2026 at 10:00 am Hawaii Standard time via email to: maria.d.olipas.civ@army.mil.
The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibit (TE1). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government.
This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business.
All prospective vendors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The size standard for NAICS 238990 is $19 million.
