The Department of National Defence is soliciting bids for 30 units of a differential pressure switch, part number 222-10-NC3-2223375, manufactured by Detroit Switch Inc. (NCAGE 19278), with 15 units required for delivery to CFB Halifax and 15 to CFB Esquimalt. Bidders may propose equivalent or substitute products but must clearly identify the brand, model, part number, and NCAGE of the alternative offering, and all materials must be new production from current manufacture, conforming to the latest applicable drawings and specifications in effect at bid closing. Proposals must comply with stringent packaging and marking requirements per Canadian Forces Packaging Specification D-LM-008-036/SF-000, including individual unit packaging, application of UCC/EAN-128 barcodes with Application Identifiers 241 or 7001 for PSCN or NSN, and human-readable interpretations beneath the barcode, all durable for the item’s expected life and positioned in accordance with DND’s identification marking standards. Hazardous materials containing asbestos must be explicitly documented.
