Engineer's Estimate: $76,000.00 Project Description: The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform herbicide spraying to vegetation growth on DISTRICT-owned property. The work shall be performed at locations throughout Snohomish County and Island County, Washington. Areas to be sprayed will include substation yards, switchyards, Communication sites, Water Sites, SCADA sites and storage/pole yards. Contractors must be currently on the District’s Small Works Roster and prequalified category D-2 “Right-of-Way Clearing & Maintenance (Spraying)” prior to bidding. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
