System Administrator (ESB) – Exchange SME Support

The U.S. Secret Service, under the Department of Homeland Security, is extending a sole-source task order for System Administrator (ESB) – Exchange SME Support to the incumbent contractor, AVER, LLC. This action, identified by solicitation number FY26-71 and task order 70US0921F1DHS0015, is issued under the NITAAC CIO SP3 SB IDIQ vehicle. The extension is justified under FAR 16.507-6(b)(2) and FAR 16.507-6(d)(2), as well as FAR Class Deviation 26-04, to ensure the continuity of mission-critical operational maintenance for the agency's enterprise Microsoft Exchange environment while a competitive recompete is finalized.
