If a RFP is eventually released, a non-exhaustive list of defense prime contractors and subcontractors that could raise a potential conflict of interest will be included. Any interested contractor who is doing work related to the requirements or substantially similar work for listed contractors will not be eligible for award. Contractors will also be asked for a planned list of work similar to the list of planned work covered in this RFI. All planned work will be evaluated and a determination will be made by NAVSEA as to whether a contractor will or will not be eligible for award on the basis of planned work.
