SUBJECT: Axiom Consulting & Design will gather information involved with the Aleutian Islands Risk Assessment from Vessel Activity and port data into Seabird Information Network (SIN) for the Division of the Migratory Birds; US Fish and Wildlife Service. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 AM, August 9, 2012 by sending an e-mail to contact@example.gov; however, any technical data received will be for the sole purpose of market research for future requirements. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Survey, Monitoring, and Assessment (SMA) Program for the Aleutian Island Risk Assessment of seabirds has a need to integrated risk assessment data sets onto Seabirds.net. Axiom Consulting & Design has been working with this project and collaborators since 2009. Maintaining continuity for this project is essential for the success of the Aleutian Islands Risk Assessment Project.
