T-MOLDING/EDGEBANDING

UNICOR intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised type contract for T Molding and Edbanding (Molding) products for FCI Ashaland KY, Forrest City AR, Coleman FL and Allenwood PA. Solicitation number is FN1375-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. . The minimum delivery order quantity is $500.00 per delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is $15,000. Delivery lead time is 14 days for each delivery order. This is a full and open requirement. NAICS code associated with this requirement is 325211. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on a Multiple AWARD BASIS based on Lots. Specific items in each lot will be detailed in full solicitation. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, PO Box 1500, White Deer, PA 17887, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via US Postal Service or UNICOR, Route 15 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood, PA 17810, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via FEDEX or UPS. Specific item specifications and quantities will be listed in solicitation. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the CCR Registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at www.unicor.gov. For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. All Offerors will be required to register on www.sam.gov. Any offorer not registers on SAM will not be considered for award. . All questions shall be asked in writing and shall be submitted to Tiffani Balestrini at contact@example.gov and Tatea Cavanaugh, contact@example.gov the email subject line shall state the Solicitation number FN1375-13. For email and fax proposals, 2 copies of an original proposal must be received by the contracting officer within 2 days of offer closing date and time. Offerors shall submit 2 copies of the written proposal. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Requirements for submission of samples will be listed in detail in the full solicitation. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specifications to include quality and color of samples. (full listing of this evaluation criteria will be listed in solicitation), Ability to meet Green Requirments, ISO certification, past performance and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
