Full Description

The NOAA NESDIS Acquisition Management Division intends to place a noncompetitive order with Thomson Scientific Inc. for the renewal of Web of Science (Science Citation Index Expanded). The NOAA Central Library seeks to renew its subscription for individual desktop access for 2007 to accomodate staff in the Silver Spring, Suitland, Camp Springs, and HCHB offices. Vendors who believe they can satisfy the Government's requirements are invited to submit an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement for competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within its discretion.
