INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FAR 6.302-2 Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Patton Veterans Project Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency, "Unusual and compelling urgency . This work was previously scheduled for mental health therapy purposes and then interrupted by availability of funding during the Covid-19 pandemic. This action is to correct for that period of time. The proposed procurement is for a therapeutic film project for veterans at the at the James J. Peters VA Healthcare System in Bronx, NY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 512191 Teleproduction and Other Postproduction Services. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 10:00 hours (10:00 AM) Eastern Standard Time on August 24, 2021. Inquiries will be accepted via email to contact@example.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
