The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with Steelcase, 901 44th ST SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508, under Other Than Full and Open Competition by the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for a brand name, Leap Task Chair, in which the specific make and model will be the agency's standardized program chair to satisfy the agency's needs for replacement parts and additional units. The justification and approval is in accordance with FAR 5.201, FAR 6.303, 6.304.
