Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) – Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Civil Services


Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking qualified small business contractors for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to provide Civil Services at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform a variety of assigned civil work for projects throughout the BNL site.

The Mandatory Solicitation Overview Meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, with prospective offerors having the option to attend in person at BNL or virtually. Attendance at the Solicitation Overview Meeting, either in person or virtually, is MANDATORY for all prospective offerors.


A separate in-person Site Visit is also MANDATORY for all prospective offerors. Failure to attend both the Mandatory Solicitation Overview Meeting and the Mandatory in-person Site Visit will render an offeror ineligible for award consideration under this solicitation.
