Description of Work:
The IM/IT Bureau requires the services of multiple Business Transformation Architects (up to 15) to support business transformation activities within GAC and the Project Management Office (PMO). These BTA resources will collaborate closely with GAC senior management and the Portfolio Management and Delivery Office (PMD) to facilitate project initiatives across multiple interdependent projects within the Bureau. In addition to mentoring less experienced Business Analysts, Business Transformation Architect resources at GAC are expected to provide strategic guidance, analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
This requirement is conditionally set-aside under the procurement strategy for indigenous business program.
