The procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid, then the procurement is set aside under PSIB. The intent is to leverage the resources in the RFP and deploy them directly to the technical scrum teams to support the implementation of client requirements in the core Grants and Contributions future state product. Stream 2 Additionally, DFATD is building a pool of project management resources that have experience in the planification, execution, implementation and deployment of agile projects.
