NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for TASK BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) This requirement is for: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1, under the National Capital region, level 2 and level 3 of expertise and for the following categories: Stream 1: Application Services A1. Application / Software Architect – 5 resources, Level 3 A.7. Programmer / Analyst – 1 resource, Level 2 A.8. Systems Analyst – 1 resource, Level 3 A.11. Tester- 3 resources, Level 3 Stream 3: Information Management / Information Technology Services I.10. Technical Architect – 2 resources, Level 2 The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The Project Portfolio Management team has multiple ongoing projects aimed at replacing aging Information Technology (IT) systems with the goal of providing law enforcement and public safety agencies with modern IT solutions that will enable automated business processes, provide advanced data analytics tools, and enhance collaboration within the law enforcement community. The purpose of these services is to augment departmental resources in the execution of departmental Digital Program project initiatives under the responsibility of the Digital Program team. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 – Resulting Contract Clauses.
