Statement of Requirement:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for TBRD Water Leak Repairs.
IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, The Tonto National Forest has a requirement to eliminate the known leaks, make the water network more efficient, and anticipate upcoming leak repairs that will be covered by contract modification. At the end of the project, the contractor shall provide as-built drawings of the project to the Forest Service.
The successful contractor, in addition to fixing the current issues under the base bid, shall be responsible for repairing future leaks over a period of a one (1) year under the optional line items.
The Contractor shall furnish labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
