The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner,¿ on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), (¿Using Agency¿), will accept electronic bids for the project entitled North Georgia Technical College CDL Truck Driving Range in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of the construction of a new CDL driving range. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
