The TD1367680 Lake Eleanor Pole and Anchor Replacement Project is governed by Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-VEN-42661-R5, executed between the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) and Southern California Edison (SCE).
