This solicitation is for a qualified supplier to install two (2) sets of double adaptive swings with poured in place rubber surface, and a bench to be surfaced-mounted to poured rubber surface footing for stability. ADA-compliant, and low-maintenance surface suitable for recreation by the residents at Tiffin Developmental Center.
A site visit has been scheduled for June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM in order to view the exact scope of work.Bidder is required to complete the item grid, attach an electronic copy of their formal quote, and required forms (listed under attachments) within the solicitation in OhioBuys. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days.Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
