TechStar Consulting, Inc. — DIR-CPO-6223

TechStar Consulting, Inc. has been awarded a services-only contract under DIR-CPO-6223 with the Texas Department of Information Resources, valid from June 1, 2026, through June 1, 2031. The contract authorizes the provision of comprehensive information technology services grouped into four categories: Application Development, Maintenance, Support, Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation including Enterprise Resource Planning; Business Intelligence, Data Management, Analytics, and Automation including Data Warehousing; IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation, Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services; and Project and Program Management. This agreement is designed for use by state and local government entities, public education institutions, and other public organizations within Texas as well as public entities located outside the state. Importantly, no sale or provision of hardware or software products is permitted under this contract, and reseller arrangements are explicitly prohibited. All work must be performed directly by TechStar Consulting, Inc. as the sole service provider.
