Full Description

Scope of Work: This contractor shall furnish television video production, broadcast equipment, associated supplies and associated support to be ordered by City departments as needed. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of two (2) years with an option to renew twice for a period of (1) year each. This is a Unit Priced Contract in accordance with RCW 35.22, the City reserves the right to perform work using this Contract, or using City staff, or other contractors, or through any mechanism available to the City. This Contract is for the convenience of the City and does not carry any estimates as to how much could be spent. The intent of this Contract is to provide for small, recurring, or routine repairs as needed by the City. Work orders that are greater than $35,000 shall not be utilized under this Contract. Please contact Procurement if a work order is expected to meet or exceed $35,000 prior to starting the Work. Engineer's Estimate: Goods Purchases - $270,000 Public Works - $30,000
