Incident Base CampThe U.S. Forest Service is planning a recompete solicitation for an Incident Base Camp under its National Solicitation Plan, scheduled for fiscal year 2031. This contract will be awarded as an Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement, designed to support incident management operations across designated zones. The requirement follows a recurring three-year cycle, ensuring consistent and predictable procurement of base camp services for wildfire and other incident responses. The solicitation is forecasted to be posted on August 1, 2026, and is part of the Department of Agriculture’s broader operational logistics framework to maintain readiness and responsiveness in federal land management. The contract scope focuses on establishing and maintaining incident base camps, critical infrastructure that supports personnel, equipment, and coordination during emergency incidents. While specific details such as NAICS code, set-aside information, and performance locations are not yet defined, the effort will be administered by the Forest Service and will apply broadly across the national system of incident zones. The anticipated award mechanism is a blanket purchase agreement, allowing for flexible, task-based ordering to meet varying operational demands. The public can access additional information via the Forest Service’s official solicitation plan website, though no point of contact or physical address is currently provided in the forecast data.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to provide your company capabilities and pricing that will address the Statement of Work (SOW). This is not a request for a proposal. Please submit all information to Debora Coreas at email contact@example.gov. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires temporary government furnished housing in support of a detail program to the front office of the Division of Enforcement. In order to support this new program while minimizing travel expense for detailees being brought in from regional offices around the United States, the Division of Enforcement needs to provide the most cost effective housing for detailed staff while working at the Headquarters office. This program is intended to provide promising staff attorneys the opportunity to work at the policy and management levels of the Division, allowing them access to and experience with overall Enforcement management. The detailees can take this experience back to their regional offices, in support of current initiatives and bringing with them a deeper understanding of division operations.
