The Marion County School Board is seeking a Temporary Labor Service to provide food service substitutes for school cafeterias on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor must possess the resources to supply qualified personnel who can meet all cafeteria work requirements, including strict punctuality and attendance. A critical requirement is the ability to provide substitutes within one to two hours of a request to ensure immediate coverage of staffing needs within the district. The awarded firm is responsible for all personnel management, client concerns, and administrative tasks, including scheduling and time tracking. While the district will provide shift details via email or phone, the vendor must independently manage all data entry and timesheet verification. If a proprietary digital platform is used, the vendor is solely responsible for managing that system and reconciling data from district-approved timesheets without requiring staff from the Food and Nutrition Department to log into the vendor's software.
