THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) Contracting Office (Code 440), hereby provides notice of its intent to direct award a firm fixed Pre-priced Indefinite Delivery service contract to a Women Owned Small Business, to RHD Enterprises, Inc., 819 78th Ave SW, Tumwater, WA 98501. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 19.1506(b). The ordering period shall be from 01 June 2021 through 31 May 2023. This requirement is for leased personnel elevators installed within a dry dock. The installation of the elevators requires unique modifications including specialized seismic upgrades with a required approval of the design before installation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $35 million. The product service code is W038. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
