The purpose of this solicitation is to perform commercial construction services in support of tenant alteration efforts and HVAC services for Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities in various locations in Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
