1.1 This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure firm prices and establish a term contract for the purchase and installation of Dal Tile MA90, 20’’ X 20’’ porcelain tile on an as-needed basis as specified herein. Approved manufacture is Dal Tile. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, demolition, floor prep, and disposal of existing flooring (carpet, vct, ceramic tile, etc.) when required for a complete and proper installation of new tile. Projects may include moving equipment and furniture at the discretion of the District. Bid pricing shall be firm for a three-year period after the date of award.
