TEST KIT, SYPHILIS DETECTION

This contract is for the procurement of syphilis detection test kits designed for rapid immunochromatographic antibody testing using whole blood finger sticks. The items are issued in kits containing 20 units each, under NSN 6550-01-717-7481. The supplier must provide the source and part number and ensure the product is stored between 4 and 30 degrees Celsius. The kits have a non-extendable shelf life of 30 months, and no more than four months may have elapsed from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery. Packaging must meet commercial standards and be sealed to prevent damage, with marking adhering to Medical Marking Standard No. 1. All labels must clearly state the contract number, lot number, manufacture date, and expiration or retest date. This acquisition is managed by the Department of Defense Medical Supply Chain.
