The contract requires the supply of Aqua Chem 6-Way Test Strips for swimming pool water analysis, specified as chlorine, bromine, pH, and total alkaline test paper strips measuring 3 inches by 0.25 inches, with 50 strips per bottle and 12 bottles per package, delivered in 600-count units. Two packages totaling 1,200 strips are required, with a unit price of $399 per package and an extended value of $798. Delivery is mandated within 20 days after award to Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan, under FOB Destination terms. Each unit must be sealed in protective packaging compliant with MIL-STD-2073-1E and shipped in commercial exterior containers suitable for safe transport at the lowest rate, with export packaging when necessary. Ocean transport requires use of U.S.-flag vessels unless a formal waiver is granted through documented attempts to secure domestic vessel space. All submissions must be made electronically through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the deadline of July 21, 2026, with payment processed through WAWF.
