Description: This is a special notice that Naval Special Warfare Group One, San Diego, CA intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Contract to Sigma Assessment Systems 511 Fort St STE 435, Port Huron, MI 48060-3939 under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1). This notice is not a request for offers, the contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement.
