The solicitation number for this requirement is HA603614RCPC023. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-40. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561439 - Other Business Service Centers (including Copy Shops) with a Standard Size of $15M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a RFQ for the conversion of textbook services. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a 6 month base period of performance as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein. SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS: 1. Description of Supplies & Services 1.1.1. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA)/Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) has a requirement for textbook conversion services for DODEA schools. 1.1.2. Pricing Terms - "CLIN defined by 0001 etc." means contract line item that corresponds to each year. "UNIT PRICE" represents the amount to be paid to the contractor monthly. 1.1.3. The Price Schedule below is provided as an attachment to this solicitation and must be submitted along with your response to this RFQ. (See Exhibit 1 - Bid Schedule to this RFQ.)
