The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District, is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to provide technical services including, but not limited to inspections, assessments, repairs, testing, reports, and training for facilities and operations-related projects. Offerors shall submit their proposals through PIEE in accordance with the solicitation and all related documents. All questions shall be submitted in ProjNet.org using the provided bidder inquiry key. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on 10 August 2026. AMENDMENT 0001 is to make corrections discovered during bidder inquiries which are made in red in the attached solicitation amendment document.
