The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District, is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) under solicitation number W912ER26RA012, titled TF SAFE/UFC, to provide comprehensive technical services for facilities and operations within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility. The contract will focus on electrical safety inspections, assessments, repairs, testing, reporting, and training specifically for low voltage electrical power systems, with an emphasis on identifying and rectifying life, health, and safety hazards. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a valid Unique Entity ID and must hold an active, fully processed registration in the Joint Contingency Contracting Services (JCCS) database, with proof of this registration required from proposal submission through final payment. Proposals must include a detailed Capability Statement that outlines business structure—whether as a sole contractor or joint venture—with joint ventures required to register as a single legal entity. Compliance with socioeconomic program regulations is mandatory for eligible set-asides, including 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business guidelines.
