Iraqi firms interested in this requirement must be registered with JCCS at www.jccs.gov to be considered eligible for award. Anticipated solicitation issue date is on or about 10 January 2010 with an anticipated proposal due date of 9 February 2010. This is a pre-solicitation notice only, no solicitation is available for release at this time and there is no guarantee of solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice at any time. ***SOLICITATION*** Solicitation W91GDW-10-R-6000 has been issued with a response date of 24 January 2010. Offerors are highly encouraged to read the entire solicitation, performance work statement, and all other attachments prior to submitting questions or proposals on this requirement.
