The requirement is to procure HSM Luna Hardware specifically for the standup of a Disaster Recovery/failover system to our existing Primary PKI Services Infrastructure. These specific hardware devices were selected based on the primary service infrastructure and knowing this solution works/meets DND/CAF existing Service requirements.
