The District at South Bay Specific Plan Amendment

The City of Carson is processing a Specific Plan Amendment and Development Agreement Amendment for The District at South Bay. This project involves the construction of five light industrial buildings totaling 1,567,090 square feet of industrial and ancillary office space, including 1,368 parking spaces.
