The service must be underpinned by a secure and robust pension administration platform, incorporating workflow and document management capabilities, alongside comprehensive member, pensioner and employer support services. The Provider will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation throughout the contract term, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, accessibility and member experience, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
