The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source award with The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business (Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania), under Requisition Number DJF-16-2200-PR-0004406. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Background: Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. Based on market research conducted, it has been determined the FBI's requirements for the referenced services can only be provided by Wharton School of Business for reasons stated on the attached Sole Source Justification. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by email to the Points of Contact stated on this notice.
