The Billings Area - Crow Service Unit, Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in response to RFQ-CSU-18-006-RDJ for a Thermal Printing system for the Crow Service Unit, Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. The IHS will be awarding a fixed price purchase order for the equipment and installation/training services as provided in the scope of work. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR 37.101, Nonpersonal Services Contract. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. This solicitation is set aside 100% small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 541511 with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No.: 2015-5397, Revision No.: 4, Date of Revision 12/26/17, is applicable to the services. The CSU will be implementing multi-functional thermal label printers in efforts to consolidate existing wristband/label/card printing needs. The printing system will have the capability to provide thermal labels and patient wrist bands. The printing system shall include an existing interface with the Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Resource Patient Management System (RPMS), installation services, support services and connectivity between printers and RPMS for Billings Area facilities.
