The scope of work covers a geographic range from Virginia Beach, Virginia, to Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. The government is seeking industry feedback on the draft, specifically regarding CLIN structure, insurance requirements, evaluation criteria, and pricing for an anticipated Seed Task Order. The overall contract has an estimated maximum value of 30 million dollars over a five-year period, consisting of a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. The anticipated Seed Task Order requires a DP2 offshore vessel equipped with a Walk-to-Work (W2W) transfer system to inspect up to 93 facilities during calendar year 2027.
