The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA) is issuing this Request for Proposals with the intention of selecting multiple professional property management companies that VHA will have the option of contracting with for the purchase of professional property management services over the next five years, in accordance with RCW 39.26. Proposers may choose to respond to either the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) part of this RFP or the bond properties part of this RFP or both. As VHA constructs and acquires additional properties, VHA may award property management contracts to the successful proposers to this RFP.
