(xiii) Brand Name Justification ThreatConnect is used to support the growing needs in Healthcare and Public Health (Federal) Threat Operations Center (HTOC) in Atlanta, for supporting information and indicator of compromise (IOC) sharing with HHS, Veterans Affairs (VA), and Medical Health Systems (MHS). The current Research and Forensics (R&F) solution for processing cyber threat data which utilizes spreadsheets, SharePoint and custom scripts is manually intensive, not scalable and inherently insecure. As the number of threat indicators monitored by the CSIRC continues to grow, so does the need to monitor these threats across various federal agencies. ThreatConnect has the ability to monitor federal Healthcare Threat Operations Center (HTOC) information sharing data from HHS Computer Security Office (CSO), VA-Network Security Operations Center (VA-NSOC), and the Space and Naval Warfare NSOC for Medical Health Systems (SPAWAR NSOC (MHS)). ThreatConnect also has a centralized integrated cyber threat analysis capability that allows HHS CSO CSIRC, VA-NSOC, and SPAWAR NSOC (MHS) to jointly collect and track internally and externally derived indicators more efficiently as well as facilitate the analysis and correlation of a threat. ThreatConnect is the only known system with the ability to meet the requirements for separate communities of interest in the private cloud while allowing sharing of IOCs to trusted partners (xiv) DPAS - N/A (xv) Quotes are due on June 30, 2015 at 12:00 PM ET, electronically to the attention of Zipora Chepkoit at contact@example.gov. (xvi) Contact Zipora Chepkoit, Contract Specialist at contact@example.gov or +1 (555) 000-0000 regarding the solicitation. Any inquiries must be emailed to the Contract Specialist, with "OS154219- Inquiries" in the subject line no later than June 25, 2015 at 12:00 P.M ET.
