Full Description

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) at the Library of Congress (LOC) has a requirement for software support of Steel Central AppResponse. Any vendor that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a completed Standard Form 18 that is attached to this notice. Offerors must fill out the pricing table in Section B as well as blocks 13, 14, 15, and 16 to show that the offeror has read and will comply with the conditions and instructions in the Request for Quote (RFQ) document. Price quotes should be submitted via this FBO posting before the closing date of June 15, 2015 at 12:00 PM EST. Failure to following these instructions may result in the offeror's submission to be dismissed.
