The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Land, Enforcement, and Air Division (LEAD), Office of Air and Radiation Procurement Branch (OPB), under the authority of RFO Parts 12 and 13, is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order via FedConnect for Teledyne API N400, T200U, and N701H. The requirement will be fulfilled by WILBUR TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC (other than small business, UEI: ZFHNLCH2U3B2). The total value is $56,334.00. This sole source procurement for the specified requirement is based on the application of RFO 13.101(b). This notice hereby constitutes a synopsis of this requirement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time-prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of supporting the Agency’s acquisition workforce.
