The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to Dialog Corporation, 1560 Wilson Blvd., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22209, for commercial timesharing services. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. All submissions must be received within forty-five (45) days of the publication date of this synopsis.
