The purpose of this Notice is to advise Contractors and Engineering firms that the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) will be holding an INFORMATIONAL MEETING on the TMDL Areawide Impervious Surface Restoration Design-Build Project on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be virtual. Please send an email to AX6105782@mdot.maryland.gov at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Informational Meeting date. Include the company name, individuals’ names, and email addresses of those requesting to participate. A meeting link will be emailed to those individuals approximately 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. In addition, if there is a need for sign language interpretation and/or other special accommodation due to disability, please notify the Procurement Officer via email at AX6105782@mdot.maryland.gov at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Informational Meeting date. The Administration will make a reasonable effort to provide such special accommodation.Project Description:Contract No. AX6105782 Project: TMDL Areawide Impervious Surface Restoration Design-Build ProjectRequest for Proposals Issuance Date: 6/18/2026This is a multi-award Design-Build contract and will be procured through the Competitive Sealed Proposals process. A Project shall consist of a single physical site for which the Design-Builder shall perform the planning, design, permitting, construction, perpetual easement acquisition, post-construction monitoring, maintenance, and adaptive management required to deliver ISR Credits. The Administration may select one or more Projects from one or more Proposers for Award on a best value basis that are most advantageous to the Administration. The Administration may make one or more Awards up to a total value of approximately $120 million.The SHA desires to receive feedback in order to address any issues or concerns prior to the issuance of the Request for Proposals for this contract.
