Contractor shall furnish, toilet pumping services throughout the Fremont-Winema National Forest which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
