The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone is seeking Contractor Logistics Support for the Tube-launched Optically-tracked Wireless-guided (TOW) Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) and Modified ITAS (MITAS) under a sole-source contract for the period of Calendar Years 2028 through 2030. This requirement supports the Department of the Army, the United States Marine Corps, and anticipated Foreign Military Sales, encompassing maintenance, incidental material, information management, and Field Service Representative services critical to sustaining the unique assemblies and subassemblies of the TOW ITAS/MITAS platform. The contract will commence with a twelve-month base period followed by two optional twelve-month extensions, providing continuity of support over a potential three-year period. This procurement is restricted exclusively to Raytheon Company located in McKinney, Texas, under statutory authority allowing sole-source award due to the unique nature of the system and the absence of alternative suppliers capable of fulfilling the requirement. As a presolicitation notice issued on July 1, 2026, with a response deadline of July 16, 2026, this announcement is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the government to award a contract. Interested parties are directed to engage directly with the prime contractor, and all official communications should be directed to the designated point of contact at the Redstone Arsenal office, though performance and support activities are centered in Texas.
