The Deliverables required are as follows: • Remove and properly dispose of existing roof top units (RTU’s) • Install new devices with zoning capabilities • Provide system testing, balancing, and commissioning upon completion The objective of this project is to complete lifecycle replacement of three (3) RTUs with higher-efficiency units, where available (e.g., dual-fuel RTUs or Advanced Performance Gas RTUs), to improve overall system performance and energy efficiency. The Proponent shall be fully responsible for: • All engineering required to complete the Deliverables • Preparation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation stamped and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Alberta • Obtaining all required permits, approvals, and inspections from applicable authorities having jurisdiction • Ensuring full compliance with all applicable codes, standards, bylaws, and regulations • Coordination with Town staff, utilities, authorities having jurisdiction, and other stakeholders • Testing, commissioning, and verification that the Deliverables are fully operational and meet performance requirements All equipment installed shall comply with the structural roof loading requirements as determined by the building’s structural design.
