Tract 38625 Oak Hill West Project

The Oak Hills West Project, identified by Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-RIV-53309-R6, is an authorized development project in the City of Menifee, Riverside County, California. Executed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the agreement grants Oak Hills West LLC the authority to develop 37 residential lots. The scope of work includes the construction of associated infrastructure such as roadways, storm drain facilities, and water-quality facilities. The project site is located on Assessor Parcel Numbers 341-160-012 and 341-160-010, situated approximately 400 feet north of the Ridgemoor Road and Boulder Crest Way intersection. The CDFW approved the project on October 10, 2025, after determining that the development would not have a significant environmental effect within its jurisdiction. This approval is contingent upon the implementation of specific mitigation measures and adherence to a Mitigation Reporting or Monitoring Plan adopted by the CDFW.
