Transcription Services

The Contractor is required to deliver comprehensive document management and transcription services for military legal proceedings, including Courts-Martial, depositions, and other official hearings, ensuring verbatim transcripts of audio and video-recorded sessions and witness interviews are produced with full compliance to service regulations, Rules of Court, R.C.M., and the UCMJ. The Contractor must possess certified expertise in military legal procedures and be capable of providing accredited verbatim transcripts, along with all necessary supplies, equipment, software, hardware, and facilities to fulfill these obligations without reliance on government-provided resources. All digital transcripts must be submitted to the Government in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats via secure electronic mail to addresses designated by the Government, with performance expected across various locations as needed. The contract is forecasted under NAICS code 561492 and is specifically set aside for small businesses, with the United States Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security, serving as the procuring agency.
