VIDANGE, DÉSHYDRATATION, TRANSPORT ET DISPOSITION DES BOUES DES ÉTANGS AÉRÉS APPEL D’OFFRES No 202510-146 La Régie d’assainissement des eaux Richelieu-Saint-Laurent demande des soumissions en vue de procéder à des travaux de vidange, de déshydratation, de transport et de disposition des boues des étangs aérés. Les formules de soumissions peuvent être obtenues uniquement par le biais du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) au www.seao.ca ou au 1-866-669-7326. L'obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. Les soumissions seront reçues jusqu’à 14 heures le 26 février 2026 à l'hôtel de ville situé au 71, rue Charlotte à Sorel‑Tracy ou transmises par voie électronique par le biais du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) pour être ouvertes publiquement au même jour et à la même heure. Toute soumission reçue après cette date sera refusée. Chaque soumission devra être accompagnée d’un chèque visé, tiré sur un compte inscrit dans un établissement bancaire du Québec et payable à la Régie d’assainissement des eaux Richelieu-Saint-Laurent, pour un montant égal à dix pour cent (10 %) de la soumission, taxes comprises. Un cautionnement de soumission de la même valeur émis par une compagnie d’assurances autorisée par l'Autorité des marchés financiers sera aussi accepté. Les entrepreneurs soumissionnaires sont responsables du choix des sous-traitants, tant pour leur solvabilité que pour le contenu de leur soumission, et doivent les informer des conditions qu’ils entendent leur imposer et s’assurer qu’ils détiennent les permis et licences requises.
